Private telehealth

Women’s health, heard properly.

Private telehealth care for menstrual, hormonal, reproductive and midlife health, from a first comprehensive consultation to a written care plan and reviews.

What we see you for.

Four areas, each with its own focused consultation, or one comprehensive consultation when more than one is going on.

Menstrual and hormonal health

Irregular, heavy or painful periods, cycle changes and hormonal symptoms, looked at together rather than one at a time.

Focused consultation, 30 min

PCOS and metabolic health

Assessment and a plan that considers cycles, weight, insulin resistance and long-term health, not just one symptom.

Focused consultation, 30 min

Pelvic pain and endometriosis

A proper history, appropriate investigations and referral pathways where specialist care is needed.

Focused consultation, 30 min

Perimenopause and menopause

Symptoms, options and a plan for midlife health, explained in plain language and reviewed over time.

How it works.

  1. 1

    Choose your consultation

A comprehensive 60-minute consultation if you are not sure where to start, or a 30-minute focused consultation if you already know the area.

  2. 2

    Your history first

Intake and history are completed online before you meet, so the consultation starts with what matters to you.

  3. 3

    Investigations where indicated

Pathology through Australian Clinical Labs, and imaging or specialist referral where clinically appropriate.

  4. 4

    Results and care plan

A 45-minute consultation to explain your results and a written plan, then 20-minute reviews as your care continues.

Questions, answered plainly.

Where is Aevum available?
Australia-wide. Aevum Bio Clinic is a telehealth clinic: every consultation is by secure video with an Australian, Ahpra-registered practitioner, so you can be seen from anywhere in Australia. Pathology is collected at any Australian Clinical Labs approved centre near you. Aevum sees adults aged 18 and over who are located in Australia at the time of their consultation.
Which consultation should I book first?
If more than one thing is going on, or you are not sure, book the 60-minute comprehensive initial consultation. If you already know the area, a 30-minute focused consultation is the right start.
What happens after the first consultation?
Your practitioner documents the assessment and prepares the next steps. Depending on your situation that may include pathology, a results and care plan consultation, lifestyle recommendations, a prescription where clinically appropriate, or a referral.
Can I be referred to a specialist?
Yes. Where specialist care is clinically appropriate, Aevum coordinates the referral and can continue supportive care alongside it.
Do I need a referral to book?
No. You can book directly. If you have relevant results, letters or a referral from another practitioner, upload them with your intake forms so your practitioner has them before you meet.
Can everything be done by telehealth?
History, assessment, investigation requests, results, care plans and reviews all happen by video. Where a physical examination, imaging or a procedure is needed, your practitioner arranges it locally and continues your care around it.
Can you order pathology and imaging?
Yes, where clinically indicated and within the practitioner’s scope. Pathology goes through Australian Clinical Labs at any approved collection centre. External pathology and imaging costs are separate.
I am already on treatment from another doctor. Can I still book?
Yes. Bring your current medications and history to the consultation. Your practitioner will review them with you before recommending any change, and will communicate with your other treating practitioners where appropriate.
Is my information private?
Yes. Your health information stays in Australia, in the clinic’s secure clinical system, and is only shared with other providers with your consent or where required to provide your care.

Important information

All care is individualised. Recommendations regarding investigations, medication, treatment or referral are based on your circumstances, clinical assessment and the authorised scope of practice of the treating practitioner. Aevum does not guarantee that any particular treatment will be prescribed.

Consultation fees cover only the Aevum services listed. External pathology, imaging, medication, specialist consultations and other third-party services are additional unless expressly included.
