Recommendations regarding investigations, medications, treatment or referrals are based on your circumstances, clinical assessment and the professional judgment and authorised scope of practice of the treating practitioner.
Aevum fertility programs do not replace assisted reproductive technology providers or specialist fertility services where these are clinically required. Program fees cover only the Aevum services expressly listed within the relevant package. External pathology, imaging, medications, supplements, specialist consultations, IVF or assisted reproductive procedures and other third-party services are additional unless expressly stated otherwise.
Participation in an Aevum fertility service does not guarantee conception, pregnancy or a particular treatment outcome. Individual circumstances and outcomes vary. Urgent or emergency medical concerns require appropriate emergency or in-person medical care.
